YEŞİLYURT CAST IRON FOUNDRY was established at the beginning of 1990 in its 1000 m² area with a capacity of 300 tons-net per year at Sincan Industry Site. Increased its capacity 1200 tons-net per year and area to 1500 m² at the beginning of 1998 with its work and knowledge energy.

With our experiences, we are capable of casting various parts up to net 450 kg which conform well according to DIN 1691 – DIN 1693 standarts in Gray Iron, Nodular Iron.

In addition to serial production, Yeşilyurt Cast Iron Foundry has the single item production capasity and therefore it is flexible to meet any kind of requests.

We have the capability of casting more than 300 different parts to customers' order with required specification and quality

YEŞİLYURT CAST IRON FOUNDRY has 3 ea. frequency induction furnace (Inductotherm), 2 ea. Cold Box Core Shooters (Vogel&Schemmann), 1 fettling machine and an annealing furnace.

At the beginning of 2005, the foundry's technical and managing staff is reorganised. Related to this, our 2005 goals are ; changing foundry's production technology to full automatic system in order to increase serial production and have the laboratory studies which are still under KOSGEB support, in our own foundry.

With these goals our primary goal is to export 50 % of our productions to abroad by understanding and meeting truely our customers' requirements.
